Since the onset of COVID-19, we have offered free cancellations for clients who wish to postpone their trips. You can reschedule your travel dates within a year, at no extra cost. We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly, and our flexible policies are designed to accommodate these uncertainties.
24/7 Customer Service
We have successfully rescheduled many bookings since the pandemic, including offering two free gorilla permit reschedules a rare and valuable benefit. Given the immense effort that goes into gorilla conservation, this flexibility is a testament to our dedication to both conservation and client satisfaction.
